Welcome to our new website, thanks for joining us! Two Chefs, 1 Trailer, Killer Bread, Scrumptious Meats, and Fantastical Treats… This project was birthed by two Chefs who love to eat the best food they can get their hands on. Our pursuit is to bring the ideas of locavore and farm to table to an actual reality. Supported by the whole community; farmers, neighbors, chefs and the like working together to build an environment where we can share and enjoy the bounty that Great Alaska has to offer. We accept nothing but the best and look forward with warm hearts to share our bounties with the local and visiting fans of our tasty fare.
