Two Chefs, 1 Trailer, Killer Bread, Scrumptious Meats, and Fantastical Treats… This project was birthed by two Chefs who love to eat the best food they can get their hands on. Our pursuit is to bring the ideas of locavore and farm to table to an actual reality. Supported by the whole community; farmers, neighbors, chefs and the like working together to build an environment where we can share and enjoy the bounty that Great Alaska has to offer. We accept nothing but the best and look forward with warm hearts to share our bounties with the local and visiting fans of our tasty fare. CHEERS!!!

Chef Brian
Chef Brian has been a juggernaut in the restaurant business for more than 20 Years. His skills span from flipping pizzas at a local pizza joint to a level 2 sommelier at Forbes rated restaurants. His greatest passion amongst it all lies in food and creating delicious eats that is unforgettable amongst the patrons that consume it. Among Brian’s many skills he is a Master Saucier, Journeyman Butcher, Proficient Fermentologist and an Experienced Forager.

Chef Candace
Chef Candace’s Love for food began as a child eating her grandmothers what only could be described as comfort food. Succulent bites that warmed the body and the soul. Her love of cooking those foods began as a young adult. What first began as a hobby, using countless recipes she could find in cookbooks and online, morphed into a way of life through experimentation with different ingredients and new techniques; she developed her own cuisine and style of cooking.
Basically, food with the most amount of flavor that feeds the heart and warms the soul. She refuses to hold back and without regard prepares the tastiest food imaginable.
